Digital Daftar is an internal staff directory and office tool for authorised members of an organisation.
It only works on phones that the organisation's administrator has activated with a personal access code.
Information the app uses
- Staff directory data (names, posts, office phone numbers, postings and transfer history) provided by the organisation's administrator. It is downloaded to the phone only for activated users.
- A device identifier generated by Android for this app. It is used only to link an access code to one phone, so that a code cannot be used on another device.
- Photos you choose to take or pick for a staff profile. They are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded.
- Data you enter in the app's tools (for example notices, tasks or attendance). It is stored only on your phone.
How information is stored and shared
- App data is stored on your phone, inside the app's private storage.
- When you tap Sync, the app sends your access code to the organisation's server (dearweb.site) to receive the latest directory. The server records the device identifier, the name on the access code, the time and the network (IP) address of each sync, so the administrator can see which phones are up to date.
- Updates are encrypted and signed by the administrator. They are not readable by anyone without access.
- We do not sell data, show advertising, or share data with third parties. The app contains no analytics or advertising code.
Permissions
- Internet: to sync the directory from the organisation's server.
- Camera / files (optional): only when you choose to add a staff photo or open a file.
Removing your data
Uninstalling the app removes all data from your phone. The administrator can also remove a phone's access, which erases the app's data the next time it syncs.
To ask for removal of sync records held on the server, contact the administrator of your organisation or the contact below.
Children
The app is intended for staff of an organisation and is not directed at children.
