Why business emails land in spam
Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo check three records before they trust an email from your domain:
- SPF: a list of servers allowed to send email for you.
- DKIM: a digital signature that proves the email wasn't changed.
- DMARC: tells receivers what to do when SPF or DKIM fail, and protects your domain from scammers pretending to be you.
On cPanel hosting, open Email Deliverability: it shows the exact SPF and DKIM records to add. Prefer us to fix it? Send us a WhatsApp.

Questions about the Business Email Checker
Why do my emails go to spam?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong, so receiving servers can't confirm the email really came from you.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF lists the servers allowed to send for your domain, DKIM adds a digital signature, and DMARC tells receivers what to do when checks fail. Together they protect your domain from spoofing.
Gmail and Yahoo require these, don't they?
Yes. Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo require proper SPF or DKIM for all senders, and DMARC for people who send in bulk. Having all three is the safe choice.
